Founded in 2018 in Prince Edward County by Ryan Snyder and Darryl Griffioen with the goal of modernizing how real estate listings were marketed, OneLook has since grown to serve multiple locations with a team of dedicated and talented creatives. We win when our clients win and we love to celebrate their achievements and growth into industry leaders. Our collective goal is to elevate the real estate marketing experience by providing innovative tools, unmatched client care and useful resources to streamline the listing process and our client's workflow so they can focus on what they do best!

Born and raised in an entrepreneurial family, Darryl always had the desire to run his own business. Armed with a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management and a business partner who shared the same vision, OneLook was born. As a young teen, Darryl spent time with graph paper sketching floor plans and elevations of homes and hopes to one day bring one of his designs to light! Always keeping up with the real estate market and envisioning flips, OneLook offers the perfect representation of all Darryl's interest. In his free time, Darryl enjoys spending time with family and friends, board games, TV series and movies and being in nature on a nice day!

As a co-owner of OneLook Productions, I bring a deep passion for storytelling and a commitment to exceptional client experiences. With a background in broadcast television from Confederation College in Thunder Bay, I’ve combined my creative skills with a lifelong understanding of real estate, having grown up in an investment-focused family. My father always believed I was destined to be a real estate agent, but I found my calling in helping others showcase their properties through beautiful and effective marketing. Married with two kids, I understand the importance of balancing professional excellence with personal values. For me, the client experience is paramount—because how we make people feel matters just as much as the quality of what we create.

Rene is a lifelong creative who grew up in Texas and studied 3D Graphics at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia before moving to Belleville to be with her Husband. She has been an avid nature and wildlife photographer most of her life, and is a brand ambassador for Pentax. She has a multitude of hobbies including drawing and painting, TTRPGs, video games, kickboxing and curling. She is also a huge animal lover and has two Samoyed dogs and a Ragdoll cat, so she's always has a lint roller handy!

With over five years of experience in the industry, Jason has become a versatile and dynamic asset to the team, excelling in all facets of the creative process. His expertise spans from high-quality photo and video capture to drone operations and editing. Born and raised in the Kawartha Lakes, Jason’s passion for creativity and attention to detail have driven him to continually refine his craft, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of quality. Outside of work, Jason continues to nurture his creative side as a drummer in the punk rock band Excuses Excuses, where his artistic energy and passion for performance extend beyond the camera lens.

Hey! I'm Ben, one of the Creative Specialists at OneLook Productions, and the team’s Drone Captain! Prior to OneLook, I specialized in drone mechanics, corporate video-production, and landscape photography. Outside of work, I am an avid fly-fisherman, skier, mountaineer, and a world traveler! Being a dual-citizen from the US, I've had the opportunity to work in Colorado, Banff, and I'm excited to continue developing my skills now in Ontario! We utilize a variety of industry-leading gear, photography styles, and drone systems here at OneLook Productions to provide the best personal experience and media for our clients. Luke is a passionate real estate creative specialist who loves capturing the unique charm of mid-century architecture and the rich heritage of historical craftsman homes. A graduate of video production and photography courses at Durham College, he combines professional experience with a genuine love for the craft. When not behind the lens, you can find Luke cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays, exploring the great outdoors on camping trips, or hunting for the best burger in town. This mix of professional dedication and personal interests brings a fresh energy and perspective to his work. With a keen eye for detail and a true appreciation for each property’s unique character, Luke makes every home shine, whether it's a sleek mid-century modern or a beautifully crafted historical farmhouse.

Hi! I'm Verna and I've been with the company since 2024 and I’ve been working remotely for six years, and before joining OneLook, I was a Virtual Assistant in the Real Estate industry. Originally, I had planned to become a nurse, but life had other plans and led me here. No regrets, though—I’m loving every moment of it. Working from the comfort of my home while being able to care for my family is truly a blessing. Outside of work, I cherish spending quality time with my family. I’m actively involved in church ministry, enjoy exploring the latest local coffee shops and restaurants, and have a passion for cooking and baking. This is my first experience working in a media and production company, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. Every day brings new opportunities to learn and grow, and I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the creativity and artistry involved in this field.
